Sister Amber got a Mister!

February 11, 2011 Amber got hitched!
So we made the trip to Las Vegas for the wedding and here's the run down on the trip and wedding!

We spent a good portion of our trip in the kitchen preparing food and favors for the wedding it was alot of fun. We cut carrots and celery for veggie trays, potatoes for mashed potatoes, dipped fortune cookies in white and dark chocolate for cute little favors. We also spent time shopping for fabric to finish up the dress and taking a dry run to the temple to make sure we wouldn't be late for the "real deal" We took a trip to Trader Joe's with Trale and Misty for some pasta, sauce, and hummus.Kids played their little hearts out riding bikes playing in the hot tub and just having fun being kids.

Celebrating 27 years of life!

Happy Birthday to ME!

This is year 27 in the life of Tiffany Minnick!
I am less and less excited for the years to pass the closer to 30 I reach.
But as far as birthday celebrations go this year was pretty good.
I spent the morning and better part of the afternoon shopping with my mom and cousin. I got some cute clothes and a great new serving bowl from spoons 'n' spice.
I then had cake and ice cream with Spence and the kids.
He had taken them shopping earlier in the day and they
were excited to present me with their gift!
Lizzy had insisted they go to the mall. She and I had been there the week before and she was in love with all of the jewelery at the ICING store.
Spencer gave into her insistance and off to the mall they went. Lizzy took him by the hand and walked him straight to the ICING store.
She and Karter each picked a pair of super cute earings & were so excited for me to open them. They insisted I wear a pair right that instant!
Love my kids!
That evening Spencer took me to dinner at Macaroni Grill with some great friends some of which were family too.. Autumn & Jeff, Jen & Chad, and our good friend Vickie. After dinner we finished up the night when we met up with another group downtown at the Off Broadway Theatre for the Laughing Stock improv comedy show. It was an okay show not as good as one we had seen in the past different people and not as funny but it was okay.
All in all a pretty good birthday...
Buuut I'm more than okay with waiting another year for my next one!
